Obtaining her Master of Arts and Ed.S graduate degrees in education administration from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Teresa taught public school and enjoyed watching students realize their dreams. "I find real estate rewarding in a similar way. I use my years of training to listen to and study the needs of my customers. In this way, I am better able to assist them in locating the perfect home for this phase of their lives. Teresa remembers what it is like to be a single parent and purchasing a first home post-divorce. Because of her personal experience with looking for her own home as a single person, working with single moms and dads is one of her favorite niche areas of real estate. Teresa understands the concerns of finding the right neighborhood at the right price, while keeping in mind how this move will affect the younger members of the family. She now has two grown children, daughter Jennifer and son Jake and two grandchildren, Kayla and Hayden. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys visiting with her children and grandchildren, kayaking, beach combing, and watching her Yorkshire Terriers, Sebastian and Beethoven run along the shore. More accurately called a 'Deep Sea Reader" than a Deep Sea Fisherman, she and David enjoy time spent on Mobile Bay and out on the Gulf of Mexico.
